Robin Dorrell is the Founder of the Green Building Learning Center and an instructor for several GBLC classes. Robin is a professional Designer and pioneer in the area of bringing professionals in the design and building fields together to create more effective links to clients and have a more positive impact on communities.

Robin did professional design work in New York City for 14 years, where she started “DesignLink”, a hub of Designers and Architects who were able to meet and serve good clients easily.  After moving to Santa Fe, New Mexico, she started ADC Network and added general contractors to her professional network knowing that you get good buildings on budget when the client, architect and builder work well together.  In 1997 she – with the help of her New Mexico network of architects, general contractors and building professionals — developed a series of classes at Santa Fe Community College that focused on green building topics, in order to help homeowners, commercial building owners, contractors, architects and designers make smart choices so they can design and build better buildings. This series of classes at SFCC have been so popular that they were offered every semester – three times each year – every year for 18 years.

Now these popular classes are offered online so people can learn from the convenience of their home or office. We’re delighted to be able to teach people anywhere in the world through this online method of teaching.
